Code Of Conduct

Please read the following rules and guidelines very carefully.
By proceeding to use our chatroom you agree to these guidelines and
must obey them at all times.

Please treat all other online participants with respect and do not
use our chatroom to threaten, harass, stalk, or abuse other users.

~~~

You may not make personal attacks on other users or staff members
either in chatrooms or private messages.

~~~

There will be no racial, ethnic, gender based insults or any other
personal discriminations.

~~~

Spamming is not permitted; please keep all your conversations/posts
as constructive as possible.

~~~

Having fun is good, we like fun but please keep it positive and polite.

~~~

 Spamming our services on other chat servers/websites is strictly
forbidden and will result in a banning.

~~~

Impersonating an Time 2 Dance Radio employee, agent, manager, host in any mode of communication, is strictly prohibited and will result in a banning.

You may not use profanity on this website,

~~~

Users may not argue a staff decision publicly. Any and all complaints
directed at a staff member must first address to the person(s) in
question via whisper. If the problem can not be resolved, then the staff
member and user must send their positions to the chatroom
Management. The management will make or change any and/or all final decisions.

You may not advertise or promote other web sites, companies and/or
their services at all in Time 2 Dance Radio's chatrooms or forums.

~~~

NEVER give out personal details to anybody over the internet. Be very careful who you give your e-mail address to. In light of recent
events around the world we are VERY strict on this policy. Remember
you never know exactly who you are chatting with.

~~~ Specifically Chat Related ~~~

Do not scroll. This is considered to be disruptive, and will result in a ban.

~~~

URLs are not allowed in open chat. We have no way of knowing what
type of site these URLs link to and advertising is not permitted.

~~~

Profanity in chat is not tolerated. Please use common sense and do not use it because you don't know who is in the chatrooms, they could be under 18, our chatroom on Vibe is all ages from 16+.
Freedom of speech is ok, so long as it is not deemed offensive to
others.

~~~

Persons entering our chatrooms are responsible for their own actions
and safety. Time 2 Dance Radio holds no responsibility for this.

~~~

If you have been banned from an Time 2 Dance Radio chatroom by a Chat Owner or Host, a violation of this Code of Conduct has occurred. Chatroom bans generally last up to 24 hours, but may be set for longer periods in cases of severe abuse.

~~~ Specifically Forum Related ~~~

We require all forum posts to be positive, constructive, and on topic.
We may delete individual posts that could ruin a good topic thread.

~~~

There will be no posts meant to offend or hurt any other member, in a manner which is offensive or inflammatory.

~~~

In addition, when you post a message, upload a file, or otherwise
provide us with material for display you are granting Time 2 Dance Radio Communications a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to:

1. Use, copy, sublicense, adapt, transmit, publicly perform, publish
or display all such material in any medium or venue or publication,
printed or electronic, which medium may or may not exist at this time
and without further compensation or attribution.
2. Royalty-free right to give, rent, sell or otherwise provide a
sublicense to third parties with respect to the materials.

The foregoing grants shall include the right to exploit any
proprietary rights in such communication, including but not limited
to rights under copyright, trademark, service mark or patent laws
under any relevant jurisdiction.

Posts may be deleted for any reasons the forum administrators deem
reasonable.

~~~

Linked and locked topics are pruned regularly to reduce page clutter.
If you have a question about where your topic went, please PM a
Moderator or Administrator before starting a new topic asking where
it went, or posting a duplicate of the original topic. We will be
happy to provide you with a link to the new location, or a reason why it was locked and/or removed.

Pictures may be posted as long as they are not explicit or offensive.
If you plan to post more than one image, or the topic is based on
graphics, please link the images rather than screening.

Unnecessary bumping of topics is considered spam, and topics bumped for no reason shall be locked or removed.

~~~

Please keep foul language to a minimum, any excessive un-called for
language will be removed and you will receive a final warning.

~~~

Remember to post in the correct forum. Take your time to look at
other topics and see where your topic should go. If your topic is
placed in the wrong forum, it will be moved by a moderator.

If a topic is recognized as being posted in the wrong forum, or if
the post is a violation of our guidelines then please contact a
moderator either via PM, please do not respond publicly to the member - a member of staff will do what is required upon contact.

Any person/s who attempt to present themselves as a Moderator by
posting negatively to a member's topic (which has been posted in
error and requires locking or moving to another forum) will be sent a
PM warning and placed into moderation queue upon further actions.

~~~

Signatures may contain images, but may not be any larger than 300x100. 468x60 banners are also permitted (within reason). If your signature is larger than the allotted size given or deemed unacceptable by staff, you will be requested by a moderator to resize or change your image. Please also try and keep text signatures under 5 lines. Failing to comply with a moderator's request to fix your signature will result in the removal of your signature.

Staff may, at will and without notice, remove postings or ban
participants that are deemed objectionable or that violate this Code
of Conduct or disrupts our community. We will be fair and provide
warning in most cases, but it is not always feasible to do so.

If you have an issue concerning our services, policies, or staff,
please use a personal contact method such as a private message or
e-mail to a staff member. All staff are on our web site with their
contact details. We take serious complaints to heart and will do our
best to address them.

Our Code Of Conduct can change at any given time without notice so
please keep coming back & reading the Code Of Conduct to see if anything has changed.
